Exfoliating - The Manual method |

|
MANUAL skin exfoliation refers to any type of skin exfoliation that is applied or used on your skin manually with your fingers, a soft washcloth/facecloth or a soft facial brush. Some manual skin exfoliation products can be irritating or even damaging to your skin. Items such as loofahs, hard washcloths, buffing creams or even so called easy-masks may require 'looking into' before they are set free on your skin!
This method is ideal for those with normal to combination skin.
DO's and DON'Ts
- DO use a soft applicator on your face. Soft is good, hard is bad!
- DO NOT use anything abbrasive that could potentially damage your skin.
